Head's up: Albany's premiere horn-driven afrobeat band, Dutchess and the Afro Dub Rebels, are in the middle of a six-month residency at Savannah's. They'll be playing every second Tuesday of the month (that's tonight!) for an evening they're calling $2 Funk Tuesdays. The name pretty much says it all.
