SDAT begins

I made it to the afternoon charette and the town hall meeting of the SDAT process today. The charette had well over 50 people, clearly considered a good turnout by all involved, even though there were few surprises in terms of who was there. The town hall meeting had maybe the same number. There were some less familiar faces there, mostly people who appeared to have particular interest in the environmental side of sustainable design. I'm going to try to break up my thoughts into several small posts. Clearly, the most interesting part will be to see what they come up with on Wednesday.
